If you are logging into Peer-to-Peer but you're getting a message that you don't have an active page, you are logging in with a username and password that is not connected to your Fundraising page. This happens most often with those with people who used Peer-to-Peer in the past with a different log in or with FundEasy Admins. It also can happen if you have not yet set up your Fundraising page.

  • Try logging out and then logging back in with a different username and password. Click here to go to an article that shows you how to recover a lost username and password.
  • Your event contact can also check your profile to give you your username and resend a password reset email.
  • Visit your Fundraising page from your confirmation email or by looking up your page from FundEasy.com or the Event Web Page for your event. If you see a blue link that says, "Is this your page? Set it up here," click that link to set up your page.

If you're having trouble logging into your page you may find that clearing your browsing history will solve the problem, especially if you have saved a Peer-to-Peer login in the past.

  1. All internet browsers are different, but you can search for browsing history in the browser's menus or search the internet for the instructions.
  2. In Firefox, click the 3 horizontal lines in the right side of the browser toolbar, then choose Preferences and Clear Recent History

If you've cleared your browsing history and you're still having problems logging in, you may have an extension in your browser that is preventing login. Some security programs, keychains, and other extensions may require extra permission to log in.
